Shipping & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:

• We accept returns of unopened boxes within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@castus.ca with your order number and reason for the return.

• We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

• Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it in our lab.

• If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].

• If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, only a partial refund or no refund may be granted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods.

• Custom products.

• Personal care goods (like health and beauty products).
